Once you've established that Cyclescheme is your cycle to work scheme provider you can decide what you'd like to buy and how much it is going to cost. Remember, your voucher needs to cover the entire purchase amount - you are unable to pay for items separately.
Apply for Certificate
Head over to cyclescheme.co.uk to apply for your voucher. Once you've applied, your employer's HR department or contact is the best person to speak to regarding updates on your application.
Redeem Certificate
Once you've received your certificate you can redeem it in store or online by using the Cyclescheme payment option at checkout. To checkout online you'll need to enter both your Certificate Code and Redemption Code.
Place Order
Once you've placed your order, we'll process like it any other regular order. If this was online you can expect bikes to be delivered within 14 working days and accessories within 2-4 working days.

What is Cyclescheme?
Cyclescheme is one of the largest cycle-to-work schemes. It enables you to pay for a new bike via monthly salary sacrifice. Payments are taken from your salary so that you won't pay tax on your purchase.
How much could I save on Cyclescheme?
It depends, but most people will save between 26% and 40% on their purchases. The Cyclescheme Calculator is a handy tool to give you an indication of how much you could save.
How does Cyclescheme work?
Once you've confirmed that Cyclescheme is your employer's chosen cycle-to-work provider, you can apply for a certificate. Your employer might ask you to provide a quote, which is in effect a proposed order.
Does Cyclescheme have a spending limit?
It depends on your employer. Historically most employers set a £1000 limit, but for many, this is no longer the case. Today, many employers offer Cyclescheme with no upper limit, a great way of buying a new electric bike. Just ensure that your certificate covers the entire value of your purchase - you are not able to add your funds or 'top-up' your order.
What can I buy on Cyclescheme?
The great thing about Cyclescheme is that you can buy both bikes and accessories via the scheme. Extra equipment like helmets and locks are included so you can ensure you've got all you need to start riding right away. Some products are excluded from Cyclescheme. These include: GPS computers, Turbo Trainer, Food and Drink, Workstand and Full-Face Helmets
