We know that buying your dream bike or electric bike isn't a snap decision - that's why we offer free test rides in each of our four London bike shops.
We've made booking a test ride easy with our online system. Start by choosing a date and time that suits you, followed by your preferred location and finally, the model or bike type that interests you.
Once you have purchased your new bike from us, it will be put into the build queue for one of our workshops. Your bike will be built and will undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our expert mechanics. A PDI is a checklist that the mechanic follows to confirm that all parts of your new bike are up to our high standards.
Next, your bike will be prepared for shipping. Padding is used on all the necessary areas and your bike is loaded into a sturdy cardboard bike box. All the necessary paperwork and accessories will be packed inside too. Most of our cardboard and packaging are recycled from incoming deliveries. Bikes are usually delivered by DPD within the UK.
In order to package your bike safely, you will need to do a small amount of assembly when it arrives. It can vary from bike to bike, but usually you’ll need to: fit the front wheel, install the handlebars and fit the pedals. Please note that not all bikes come with pedals - please check the specification on each bike, we’ll include it on there.

Accessories delivery
We ship accessories Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving them. Free shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail and for bulky items, we may use DPD (at no extra cost).
Bikes delivery
In stock bikes are usually shipped within 14 days of you ordering as they undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection before dispatch. Bikes are delivered by DPD who provide a delivery window via text message on the day. Delivery of electric cargo bikes costs £40. This service is available to all mainland UK postcodes. Click and collect for electric cargo bikes is free.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for all items to be collected from store. For items other than bikes this usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Bikes can take up to 14 working days to be available. We’ll let you know when items are ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and a bank card with you when you pick up your order.
Returns
We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the items arrive with you. All accessory returns should be in saleable condition and be sent to our Hackney address with a note which has your name and order number on it. Refunds are processed within five working days.
International Shipping
International delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. Please contact us for more information. Please note that international accessory deliveries will be handled via Royal Mail and sent ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) as well as a handling fee.

Introducing the fourth-generation Gocycle, the G4. The latest folding electric bike from the British brand features a new motor, retains that striking, unique Gocycle design and because it’s designed as a folding electric bike, it’s lightweight and portable. Looking at those features in turn…
The G4 sees the debut of Gocycle’s new G4drive motor. As with previous Gocycle’s you’re looking at a motor housed in the front wheel of the bike. Years and many test miles in the making, the G4drive delivers more power and more torque than its predecessors - great for getting up to speed from a set of traffic lights. When riding it’s smooth and quiet too, with four riding modes available to choose from. On a full charge, the G4 has a range of 40 miles. Pleasingly Gocycle now ship every bike with a fast charger, meaning the bike can be topped up in as little as 3 hours.
Whilst the classic Gocycle aesthetic (and mid-frame fold) remains with G4, the bike’s frame hides plenty of updates. A new composite mid-frame creates a strong pedalling platform but also helps reduce the bike’s overall weight. It connects to the aluminium front frame and Gocycle’s patented enclosed drivetrain. Three different components using three different materials, each optimised for their particular roles. The G4’s fork is new too. It’s, single-sided, made from carbon fibre and has been engineered for comfort on rough city roads and for better steering through corners too. The bike’s rear suspension also helps if things get a bit bumpy on your route to work.
Folded (with the kickstand up) the bike measures 88cm x 39cm x 61cm, perfectly small enough for even the diddiest of understairs cupboards. A claimed weight of 16.3kg makes the bike easy to pop upstairs, onto a train or into a car. Simple, three-speed gears and hydraulic disc brakes are present and correct, as is a new Gocycle tyre for better rolling resistance. There’s an integrated USB charging port too, for charging a favourite device on the go. The G4 is available in three colours, matte black, blue and white.
