We know that buying your dream bike or electric bike isn't a snap decision - that's why we offer free test rides in each of our four London bike shops.
We've made booking a test ride easy with our online system. Start by choosing a date and time that suits you, followed by your preferred location and finally, the model or bike type that interests you.
Once you have purchased your new bike from us, it will be put into the build queue for one of our workshops. Your bike will be built and will undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our expert mechanics. A PDI is a checklist that the mechanic follows to confirm that all parts of your new bike are up to our high standards.
Next, your bike will be prepared for shipping. Padding is used on all the necessary areas and your bike is loaded into a sturdy cardboard bike box. All the necessary paperwork and accessories will be packed inside too. Most of our cardboard and packaging are recycled from incoming deliveries. Bikes are usually delivered by DPD within the UK.
In order to package your bike safely, you will need to do a small amount of assembly when it arrives. It can vary from bike to bike, but usually you’ll need to: fit the front wheel, install the handlebars and fit the pedals. Please note that not all bikes come with pedals - please check the specification on each bike, we’ll include it on there.

Accessories delivery
We ship accessories Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving them. Free shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail and for bulky items, we may use DPD (at no extra cost).
Bikes delivery
In stock bikes are usually shipped within 14 days of you ordering as they undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection before dispatch. Bikes are delivered by DPD who provide a delivery window via text message on the day. Delivery of electric cargo bikes costs £40. This service is available to all mainland UK postcodes. Click and collect for electric cargo bikes is free.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for all items to be collected from store. For items other than bikes this usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Bikes can take up to 14 working days to be available. We’ll let you know when items are ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and a bank card with you when you pick up your order.
Returns
We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the items arrive with you. All accessory returns should be in saleable condition and be sent to our Hackney address with a note which has your name and order number on it. Refunds are processed within five working days.
International Shipping
International delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. Please contact us for more information. Please note that international accessory deliveries will be handled via Royal Mail and sent ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) as well as a handling fee.
Product Description
An excellent choice as a city runabout the Moustache Lundi 27.5 is formed around a step-through aluminium frame. The Lundi's signature handlebars in that Moustache shape help you adopt a comfortable, upright riding position, perfect for navigating busy junctions and spotting hazards. Also upfront there's a front headlight (complementing the rear tailight) completely integrated into the bike's frame.
The Moustache Lundi 27.5 e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line motor, which itself takes power from an integrated 500Wh battery. The integrated battery in the bike's downtube gives the bike a clean aesthetic and helps maintain a low centre of gravity - a welcome feature for confident city riding.
By switching the Lundi to 27.5" wheels from to 26" wheels, Moustache has made the bike faster to accelerate and better at maintaining its speed once up to pace. 2.4" wide Schwalbe tyres offer a plush ride and they're wide enough to prevent them getting stuck in city centre tram tracks. Speaking of comfort the bike is equipped with a suspension seatpost, offering an extra level of squish should the going get rough.
Moving onto the bike's gearing, the Lundi 27.5 makes use of an Enviolo TR hub gear system. Keeping the bike's gears in an enclosed unit means miles of low-stress, maintenance free riding.
One of the standout features of the Moustache Lundi range is the aluminium mudguards each bike is equipped with. No floppy, chromoplastic here thank you, just robust 'guards with excellent coverage to keep you protected from road spray and grime. A pannier rack, chainguard, lock and kickstand complete this excellent urban electric bike from the company based in France.
The Moustache Lundi 27.5 Electric bike is available in one frame size to fit riders from 1.5 metres to 1.9 metres tall. There are five colours to choose from: Black, Curry, Midnight Blue, Pastel Green and Terracotta.
Every Moustache bike includes a 5 year frame and fork warranty.
