We know that buying your dream bike or electric bike isn't a snap decision - that's why we offer free test rides in each of our four London bike shops.
We've made booking a test ride easy with our online system. Start by choosing a date and time that suits you, followed by your preferred location and finally, the model or bike type that interests you.
Once you have purchased your new bike from us, it will be put into the build queue for one of our workshops. Your bike will be built and will undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our expert mechanics. A PDI is a checklist that the mechanic follows to confirm that all parts of your new bike are up to our high standards.
Next, your bike will be prepared for shipping. Padding is used on all the necessary areas and your bike is loaded into a sturdy cardboard bike box. All the necessary paperwork and accessories will be packed inside too. Most of our cardboard and packaging are recycled from incoming deliveries. Bikes are usually delivered by DPD within the UK.
In order to package your bike safely, you will need to do a small amount of assembly when it arrives. It can vary from bike to bike, but usually you’ll need to: fit the front wheel, install the handlebars and fit the pedals. Please note that not all bikes come with pedals - please check the specification on each bike, we’ll include it on there.

Accessories delivery
We ship accessories Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving them. Free shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail and for bulky items, we may use DPD (at no extra cost).
Bikes delivery
In stock bikes are usually shipped within 14 days of you ordering as they undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection before dispatch. Bikes are delivered by DPD who provide a delivery window via text message on the day. Delivery of electric cargo bikes costs £40. This service is available to all mainland UK postcodes. Click and collect for electric cargo bikes is free.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for all items to be collected from store. For items other than bikes this usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Bikes can take up to 14 working days to be available. We’ll let you know when items are ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and a bank card with you when you pick up your order.
Returns
We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the items arrive with you. All accessory returns should be in saleable condition and be sent to our Hackney address with a note which has your name and order number on it. Refunds are processed within five working days.
International Shipping
International delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. Please contact us for more information. Please note that international accessory deliveries will be handled via Royal Mail and sent ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) as well as a handling fee.
Product Description
A glorious example of today's urban e-bike, Hannah Enviolo features a powerful Bosch Performance Line motor, a feature-packed Kiox Display and control system and a smooth-riding Enviolo hub gear system with automatic transmission and carbon belt drive.
As with most Schindelhauer electric bikes, a Bosch system powers things and in the case of the Hannah Enviolo, it's a Bosch Performance Line motor, 500Wh battery and Kiox display unit. Kiox is a full-colour, compact display with an unbridled number of features. Its 1.9” full-colour display provides all the essential information and changing ride modes or other settings is quick and efficient. With the 2021 update, you can even plan a route on the accompanying smartphone app and follow it on the Kiox display.
And what of the Enviolo hub gear system on the bike? This state-of-the-art system from the Dutch-based company helps you set your preferred cadence, and the transmission is controlled automatically, that way you can always pedal at the same pace, even up or downhill and forget about charging gears. And if you prefer to switch to manual shifting, you can turn off the automatic shifting at the press of a button. With Enviolo's stepless manual technology, you can effortlessly change your gear even under load, allowing you to focus on the important aspects of your ride such as traffic or scenery. No more step changes, locked gears, empty pedalling, or creaking.
As you'd expect with any bike from urban-centric Schindelhauer, the Hannah Enviolo features all the practical features you'd ever wish to need - mudguards, a pannier rack, a kickstand and lights. Meanwhile, the integrated battery and minimal on-show cabling help give the bike a very clean aesthetic - the cabling for the front and rear lights even runs inside the bike's mudguards.
The Hannah Enviolo is available in two frame sizes. A small 46cm is recommended for riders between 158cm and 174cm whilst the medium 49cm frame is suggested for cyclists between 174cm and 186cm.
