We've made booking a test ride easy with our online system. Start by choosing a date and time that suits you, followed by your preferred location and finally, the model or bike type that interests you.
Once you have purchased your new bike from us, it will be put into the build queue for one of our workshops. Your bike will be built and will undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our expert mechanics. A PDI is a checklist that the mechanic follows to confirm that all parts of your new bike are up to our high standards.
Next, your bike will be prepared for shipping. Padding is used on all the necessary areas and your bike is loaded into a sturdy cardboard bike box. All the necessary paperwork and accessories will be packed inside too. Most of our cardboard and packaging are recycled from incoming deliveries. Bikes are usually delivered by DPD within the UK.
In order to package your bike safely, you will need to do a small amount of assembly when it arrives. It can vary from bike to bike, but usually you’ll need to: fit the front wheel, install the handlebars and fit the pedals. Please note that not all bikes come with pedals - please check the specification on each bike, we’ll include it on there.
Please note: Due to strike action by Royal Mail delivery of accessory orders may be delayed. The dates given by Royal Mail can be found below.

In stock bikes are usually shipped within 14 days of you ordering as they undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection before dispatch. Bikes are delivered by DPD who provide a delivery window via text message on the day. Delivery of electric cargo bikes costs £40. This service is available to all mainland UK postcodes. Click and collect for electric cargo bikes is free.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for all items to be collected from store. For items other than bikes this usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Bikes can take up to 14 working days to be available. We’ll let you know when items are ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and a bank card with you when you pick up your order.
We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the items arrive with you. All accessory returns should be in saleable condition and be sent to our Hackney address with a note which has your name and order number on it. Refunds are processed within five working days.
International delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. Please contact us for more information. You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) as well as a handling fee.
Tracing its Formula 1 heritage all the way back to 1977, the British racing team and constructor Williams is synonymous with engineering and innovation. As such the Williams Racing electric bike isn't just any old electric bike - it's an e-bike built to be light, with pinpoint handling and instant acceleration.
With a rear-wheel motor and integrated battery, the Williams Racing electric bike presents well, but how does it ride? When the lights go out and the commentator (in your head, that is) says go, go, go, the bike's rear-drive motor pumps out 45Nm of torque. That's plenty enough to get the bike up to speed in busy city traffic or zip up the hill and down to Eau Rouge. A simple display mounted on the handlebars controls the electric assistance - it's easy to read and simple to understand.
A 6061 aluminium frame keeps the whole package lightweight - so a quick jaunt up some stairs shouldering the bike isn't an issue. The rest of the bike's componentry has been selected thoughtfully. Hydraulic disc brakes, puncture-resistant tyres and most importantly a Gates Carbon Belt drive. The belt drive offers an efficient transfer of power to the rear wheel, with no oil and no audible sound - it's extremely low on maintenance too.
The paint on the bike is special too. Sapphire blue is interlaced with darker, cobalt tones and the myriad of arrows add a further nod to the bike's motorsport pedigree.
