Am I eligible for finance?
To be considered for finance, you will need to meet all of the following criteria:
- At least 18 years old
- A gross annual income of £5,000+
- UK resident (of 3 years or more)
- UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
- You are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (“IVA”), or have any Country Court Judgments (“CCJs”)
How do I apply?
Applications for Deko, Klarna and Newpay are done online. Simply head to checkout with your chosen items and select a finance option.
Are there payment limits?
Yes. Klarna (Pay in installments) is available for purchases from £35. Deko starts at £280. Newpay instalments starts at £100.
Who provides the finance?
Finance is provided by Deko, Klarna or Newpay.
Will I be credit checked?
Yes. An application with either Deko, Klarna or Deko will require a credit check. Whether it is a hard or soft check will depend on the type of finance chosen.
If I'm accepted, how soon will I get my items?
If your application is accepted your order will process as per our delivery timescales. An estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and in order confirmation details.
Can I pay on finance and collect my order in store?
Unfortunately, this is not allowed for online orders placed using Deko. Orders must be shipped to the address as detailed on your finance agreement. This doesn't apply to orders using Klarna.
Can I apply for finance in-store then?
Yes. Our in-store team will happily assist you with your finance purchase. For Deko this will involve a finance application link being sent to your email address allowing you to complete the application at your leisure.
