Delivery | Returns | Click & Collect

General returns information

We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the item is delivered to you. All items should be returned in saleable condition with all original packing and the tags should still be intact. Clothing should only have been tried on and parts must not have been fitted.

What to include with your return

To process your refund we just need your name and order number, so please include this on a note with your return.

Where to return goods to?

For postal returns, please send items to: Velorution Returns, 281 Mare Street, London, E8 1GR. We do not cover the costs of return postage so you’ll need to choose a suitable courier for this. You can return your order to any of our stores in person - please bring the included paperwork with you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are tricky to manage for online orders so we do not offer them. You’ll need to return the original item for a full refund and place another order for the alternative size/colour you’re after.

Refunds

We process refunds on returned goods within 5 working days of the item arriving back to us, this includes returns made in person to the stores. Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method. Once we have processed your refund you will receive an automated email confirming this. Funds usually show back in your account within 3 working days but it can take up to 15 working days.

Incorrect item delivered

Please notify us on [email protected] if you have received an incorrect item and we will sort out the situation with you.

Damaged goods

If you have received items that have been damaged in transit please notify us as soon as possible by sending us an email ([email protected]) with photographs showing the issue. We will then work with you to

Bike returns

Your right to return is still valid on bikes but these are more complex - please speak to us on [email protected] before sending anything back.

Warranties

Everything we sell comes with a warranty and how these work vary from product to product. If there’s an issue with something you’ve bought from us please email us with some photos of the problem and your details and we’ll take it from there.
