We know that buying your dream bike or electric bike isn't a snap decision - that's why we offer free test rides in each of our four London bike shops.
We've made booking a test ride easy with our online system. Start by choosing a date and time that suits you, followed by your preferred location and finally, the model or bike type that interests you.
Once you have purchased your new bike from us, it will be put into the build queue for one of our workshops. Your bike will be built and will undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our expert mechanics. A PDI is a checklist that the mechanic follows to confirm that all parts of your new bike are up to our high standards.
Next, your bike will be prepared for shipping. Padding is used on all the necessary areas and your bike is loaded into a sturdy cardboard bike box. All the necessary paperwork and accessories will be packed inside too. Most of our cardboard and packaging are recycled from incoming deliveries. Bikes are usually delivered by DPD within the UK.
In order to package your bike safely, you will need to do a small amount of assembly when it arrives. It can vary from bike to bike, but usually you’ll need to: fit the front wheel, install the handlebars and fit the pedals. Please note that not all bikes come with pedals - please check the specification on each bike, we’ll include it on there.

Accessories delivery
We ship accessories Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving them. Free shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail and for bulky items, we may use DPD (at no extra cost).
Bikes delivery
In stock bikes are usually shipped within 14 days of you ordering as they undergo a Pre Delivery Inspection before dispatch. Bikes are delivered by DPD who provide a delivery window via text message on the day. Delivery of electric cargo bikes costs £40. This service is available to all mainland UK postcodes. Click and collect for electric cargo bikes is free.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for all items to be collected from store. For items other than bikes this usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Bikes can take up to 14 working days to be available. We’ll let you know when items are ready for collection. Please bring a form of ID and a bank card with you when you pick up your order.
Returns
We accept returns on orders up to 14 days after the items arrive with you. All accessory returns should be in saleable condition and be sent to our Hackney address with a note which has your name and order number on it. Refunds are processed within five working days.
International Shipping
International delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. Please contact us for more information. Please note that international accessory deliveries will be handled via Royal Mail and sent ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) as well as a handling fee.
Product Description
Although this 27.1 version is the introductory model in the range, it uses the same signature Moustache aluminium frame as the more expensive Lundi 27.3 and 27.5. The design of the frame is such that the bike is reassuring to ride, even at low speeds and the step-through design makes it easy to hop on and off - an ideal electric bike then for those who want to ride everywhere every day.
The Moustache Lundi 27.1 is powered by a Bosch Active Line Plus motor, integrated 400Wh battery and controlled used a Bosch Intuvia display. Bosch Active Line Plus is known to be an excellent choice for urban electric bikes like the Moustache Lundi, thanks to its whisper-quiet, yet powerful output. The integrated battery in the bike's downtube gives the bike a clean aesthetic.
By switching the Lundi to 27.5" wheels from to 26" wheels, Moustache has made the bike faster to accelerate and better at maintaining its speed once you get going. The 27.5" wheels are accompanied by 2.4" wide Schwalbe tyres which offer a plush ride - they're also wide enough that they won't get stuck in tram tracks in the city centre! One of the standout features of the Moustache Lundi range is the aluminium mudguards each bike is equipped with. No floppy, chromoplastic here thank you, just robust 'guards with excellent coverage to keep you protected from road spray and grime. Front and rear lights, a pannier rack, chainguard, lock and kickstand complete this excellent urban electric bike from the company based in France.
The Moustache Lundi 27.1 Electric bike is available in one frame size to suit riders from 1.5 metres to 1.9 metres tall. The Lundi 27.1 can be ordered in five colours, Black, Curry, Midnight Blue, Pastel Green and Terracotta.
