The lightest folding e-bike from a British maker, and the number that matters is 13.3kg including the in-frame battery — roughly 7kg under a typical folding e-bike, which is the difference between carrying it up the station stairs and deciding not to bother. The weight comes out of an anodised 6061 aluminium frame bonded together in Cambridge rather than out of titanium, with Hope brakes, Goodyear tyres and a fizik saddle on top of it. The honest trade is range: a 230Wh in-frame battery for a claimed 50km, where the bigger folders quote a good deal more. Single speed, 250W rear hub motor, integrated lights, and it still rolls when folded. Built in limited batches, so check stock before you plan around one.
